Q: How many choices of each course can I have?
A: Generally, customers will choose two starters, three mains, and two desserts for a two or three-course menu, with each course requiring a vegetarian option. The customer always chooses their dishes, with some expert suggestions from our team, of course. Please refer to your quote to see exactly what you have been quoted for.
Q: How many appetisers can we have?
A: Customers will generally choose a handful of options, including something vegetarian/vegan (we will cater to dietary requirements wherever possible). Please discuss this with our team during the enquiry stage and refer to your quote.
Q: Do you have a kids menu?
A: Yes we do! Kids can have one of those options or a smaller, kid-friendly portion of one of your chosen adult options.
Q: Do you supply ice?
A: We only supply our own ice when we are running a paid bar for you. If you require ice for your welcome or table drinks, please remember to supply plenty for our staff to use and consider the required freezer space at your venue.
Q: Will you cut our wedding cake and serve to our guests?
A: Yes, we can! All our team needs are directions from yourselves on what and how much to cut. We will supply and serve on wooden boards, while also supplying a cake knife and serviettes.
Q: Can we use our wedding cake as our dessert?
A: Also yes! Please speak to us directly for all the details and a quote.
Q: When do you require all final numbers and details of the event?
A: We usually ask for the first draft of the wedding/event contract at least 8-10 weeks beforehand, which gives us a chance to look through things and see if we have any other questions. We would preferably have final numbers and details at least one month prior to the event.
Q: Do you require a table plan?
A: We do require a table plan, which stipulates all the guests, what choices they are having (particularly kids and guests with dietary requirements), and at what table they are sitting at. This ensures better service, more accuracy from our chefs, and, most importantly, peace of mind for yourselves.
Q: Do you have a mobile bar service ?
A: Yes we offer a full mobile bar service for any event! All we ask is that when the bar opens, your drink is put to one side so we can maximise our sales. We do not charge for any set up or minimum spend costs. There is additional charges for extra bar staff or bar service of your own drink.
Q: How many staff do you have on the day of the wedding/event?
A: We normally work on one member of staff to every 15 guests, depending on your chosen food service and style.
Q: Do you offer different colours of laundry?
A: Yes, this can be done! However, you will need to speak to our laundry company directly - take a look at their website (www.3diamondlinenhire.co.uk) to match your colour. There may be an extra charge for this.
