To secure any booking, we require a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of ยฃ500.

If we cancel the booking due to circumstances out of our control, then it is our responsibility to find an alternative caterer and honour the price that has been quoted by us. If there is a national closure of business due to measures out of our control, then all details and monies that have been agreed/paid will be honoured if a rescheduled date is agreed between all parties.

50% of the total bill must be paid two months prior to the event, with the remainder being paid one month before the day. The event will NOT be carried out if full payment has not been received no less than two weeks before the day. Any monies received at these points are non-refundable.

We will charge for any excessive breakages to equipment or any damage to linen this, including burns, tears, wax and writing on laundry. We will notify you of this within one week after your event.

There is an extra ยฃ200 charge for all marquee events. This covers all the equipment required and the transportation of them. There is also a ยฃ200 one-off fee charged for any venue that does not allow us to wash up on-site.

There is a one-off fee of ยฃ150.00 per trailer for transportation and labour costs when hiring any of our trailers.

We do not charge corkage for wine. However, we do charge for glass hire, which includes the service of all drinks before and during the meal. The price for this is usually included in your quote, unless otherwise stated.

We do not charge a bar set-up fee. However, we do charge for additional staff to man the bar if you require this opening from when arrival drinks are served. The additional cost is ยฃ150.00.

Some venues charge the caterer a commission charge. This is included in your quote unless otherwise stated.

Two or three-course sit-down meals incorporate a menu choice of two starters, three main and two desserts and must include a vegetarian option. Vegan options are adapted using the vegetarian choice except for desserts where there are specific vegan options. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements.

Children aged 11 and over are classed as adults, children aged 6 โ€“ 10 are charged half adult price, and children aged 5 and under eat free of charge up to a max of 5 only and ยฃ11.00pp thereafter.

A member of our team will meet with all bridal couples in the coming days before the wedding to run through their day with them.

If any cancellation occurs by client within twelve months or less of the event, a refund of the deposit will be at our discretion in consultation with the client.
